Problems marked with % have a note below:
14.6 #53:  Evaluate by hand (even though the book says to use a calculator or computer algebra system).
14.8 #17, 19:  In these problems they tell you what substitution to use (in the form x = ..., y = ...). Ignore that and find the substitution yourself using the boundaries of the region R.

Problems marked with # have a hint below:
11.7 #29:  Multiply both sides by r.
12.5 #5:  Factor t2 out from under the square root.
13.1 #39, 41:  Use your knowledge of surfaces from Chapter 11.
14.5 #27, 29:  The problem only asks you to set up (not evaluate) the integral. Use polar on #29.
14.7 #41:  Only do cylindrical.
14.7 #43:  Only do spherical. This one is difficult and is only graded for completion. Make ρ the inner variable. Find its boundaries using the boundaries for z. The upper bound for φ is at the intersection of the boundaries for z.

Groups of problems marked with * count as one problem for grading purposes.
